About

TRNSLATE Studio is currently me, Allison Stratton. And my two rescue pups, Hennepin and Cedar, always by my feet as I work.

I created TRNSLATE Studio to house my multi-passionate approach to art and design. With my interest-based nervous system and transferrable skills, I may work on a client’s kitchen design one day and the perfect statement art piece for above their mantel another day. I may expand or contract TRNSLATE Studio in its offerings, people or ways of working.

I launched TRNSLATE Studio after over 15 years of commercial interior design experience to create something more personal and intentional for myself and my clients. As a disabled creative with chronic illness limiting my energy and mobility, I tailored my process to be fully remote without losing touch with who we are as humans and communities.

TRNSLATE Studio designs interiors that feel alive and layered, built on the idea that a home should hold as much character as the people who live in it.
